How do I know my size?

All jackets are made in accordance to the US clothing size chart so whatever size you wear in regular clothing will most likely be your size. However everyone like their clothes to fit a certain way so it is ultimately up to you. If you need any help the feel free to utilize the size guide or contact us.

Can I exchange my product?

Yes absolutely! If you decide you want another style or you got the wrong size or whatever your reasoning just contact us. We will require a picture (if defective) and a short explanation of the problem or reason for the exchange. Once we have received the product we will send you the desired order. We aim to make this process as smooth and quick as possible. Also check our return policy for more information. 

How do I wash it?

IF you need to wash it, then I would recommend dry cleaning with care as there is potential for it to shrink. Do not put it in the dryer or washing machine as that could cause the shrinkage and running colours. 

How long will it take to arrive once the order is placed?

After we receive the order it will be shipped either same day or the next business day. From the point it is shipped you should expect to receive it in between 1-3 business days for local order and 4-5 for international (depending on the destination/carrier).
